It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Reba Bolden, Executive Director. Ms. Bolden passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017. Ms. Bolden was a beacon of light for our agency and her loving heart touched each person she met. She will be remembered for her dedication and compassionate heart to her family, friends, agency and the lives she touched in the community.

WJCC-Community Action Agency develops and implements a broad range of services across the Greater Williamsburg area including: Head Start (premiere pre-school program), Weatherization & Housing Services, emergency services, school age programs, homelessness services, youth programs, community organizing and development, healthcare insurance enrollment and the Legal Outreach Program.
