W-JCC Community Action Agency Board of Directors represents the public, community, and private sectors. Board members play an important role in guiding the agency and overseeing programs that help people move out of poverty.

W-JCC CAA is a private, non-profit agency funded by federal, state, and local grants. We are home to the region's Head Start program and Project Discovery, a college and career readiness program. W-JCC CAA educates the community about the impact of poverty and works in partnership with human services providers to help people move out of poverty.
