Neighborhood Basketball League
Registration is now being accepted for the Youth Neighborhood Basketball League (NBL). Register in person at the WJCC Community Action Agency, 312 Waller Mill Road, Suite 405, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Please call (757) 229-9332 for more information.
Feed the Need
A holiday distribution program, providing assistance to residents of the Greater Williamsburg Area. Services include: Toys and Coats for Tots and Christmas Food Baskets.

WJCC CAA has an extensive information and referral service working with a variety of service providers. It is impossible for WJCC CAA to provide services for every need a family may have yet through our extensive partnerships we can assist clients with gathering the necessary information needed and refer them to those who can meet their particular need.
Community Development Organization
A program that works in partnership with developing communities, where there are a large number of low-income residents living. The mission of the program is to help residents and the community to organize a civic association to assist with promoting advocacy, community development, leadership, and create a safe and healthy living environment, so that all residents may have access to a quality life.
Eligible applicants receive onetime assistance for utilities, rent, medicine, food or other emergencies. Applications are accepted on Mondays and Thursdays at the WJCC Community Action Agency. Applications must be submitted annually and will not be carried over tot he next calendar year.
EITC/Tax Preparation Program
A component of the financial literacy and Smart Money Management training offered to clients. Eligible clients receive free tax preparation. The Earned Income Tax Credit is promoted.
The Legal Outreach Program provides pro bono or discounted legal services to those in need. Community partners include the Williamsburg Bar Association and the College of William & Mary Law School. Transportation and on-site childcare is provided.
